Whether you are sowing new seeds with our planting kits or sending an inspiring gift to a loved one, we package every order with the utmost care to ensure it arrives safely at your doorstep.

Below you will find all the details regarding our UK shipping options, delivery times, and fulfillment practices.


 Hand-Packed With Care

Every single order from Grow in Grace is lovingly hand-packed by our team. We don't use assembly lines or rushed warehouses. Instead, we take the time to prepare each item individually, ensuring your seeds, planting kits, and gifts are presented beautifully and arrive in flawless condition. We treat each package as a unique blessing sent straight to your home!


UK Shipping Rates & Methods

We ship to all addresses across the UK, including the Highlands and Islands. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the total weight of your items especially for our heavier planting kits and gift bundles.

• Because your orders are meticulously hand-packed to make sure they are completely beautiful, please allow [5–7] working days (Monday–Friday) from the day you place your order
   

• Orders placed over the weekend or during UK Bank Holidays will be hand-packed starting on the next working day.
  
  
   

 How We Protect Your Items

Because I hand-pack everything, I inspect every item before it is dipatched:
 

• Seeds & Planting Kits: Seeds are sealed in moisture-resistant packets to keep them dry and safe during transit. Kits are securely boxed with protective, eco-friendly cushioning so heavier items (like pots or compost pellets) don't damage delicate seed packets.
   

• Gifts & Delicate Items: Our specialty gift products are carefully wrapped in protective tissue paper or bubble wrap to ensure they arrive intact and ready to inspire.
   

If any part of your order arrives damaged or wet from transit, please take a photo and reach out to our team at hello@grow-in-grace.co.uk right away so we can arrange a swift replacement.



Geographic Restrictions

We are delighted to ship to all of England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland.
 

• Please Note: Delivery to the Scottish Highlands, UK Islands, and Northern Ireland may occasionally take an extra day or two to arrive via standard delivery. I do not currently ship outside of the UK due to strict international agricultural regulations on soil and seeds.

Can I change the delivery address after ordering?

If you spot a mistake, please email us as soon as possible. If we haven't hand-packed and dispatched your order yet, we will gladly update the delivery details for you.

Do you ship internationally?

Because of strict customs and border regulations regarding the movement of seeds and growing mediums, we strictly limit our sales and shipping to within the UK.
