 Return Policy

Seeds and Planting Kits: We want you to be perfectly happy with your purchase. In line with UK consumer rights you have 14 days from delivery to request a return on your seeds. To protect the strict biosecurity of our hand packaged stock seeds can only be accepted for a return if the inner and outer glassine envelopes remain completely unopened sealed and entirely undamaged. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs



Damaged, Faulty, or Missing Items

Your satisfaction is incredibly important to me. If your items arrives damaged, items are missing, or there is an issue with your packaging upon arrival, I want to make it right!

Please contact me at hello@grow-in-grace.co.uk within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and a quick photo of the issue. I will gladly arrange for a free replacement kit or a full refund to your original payment method. In some instances we may request that the damaged item is returned to us with shipping covered by us before a refund is issued
