Welcome to Grow In Grace. These Terms and Conditions govern your purchase of any products from our website. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms. This website is operated by Hazel Lillian Scarlett, trading as Grow In Grace.
 

Orders and Pricing

All orders placed through our website are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. All prices are listed in GBP. Payments are securely processed at checkout using Wix Payments. We accept major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Clearpay, and Klarna. Your financial data is handled securely by our provider and is never stored directly on our servers. Payment must be made in full before your order can be processed and dispatched.


Delivery and Shipping

We strictly ship our items to addresses within the United Kingdom only. We do not accept orders or ship to destinations outside of the UK. We aim to dispatch your hand-packaged orders within our stated handling times, but delivery dates provided are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed.


Seed Germination and Liability Disclaimer

We take great pride in sourcing high-quality seeds from trusted, professional external suppliers. However, seeds are natural products and their successful growth depends entirely on environmental factors beyond our control, including soil quality, temperature, light, watering frequency, and your geographic location.

Therefore, Grow In Grace cannot guarantee seed germination ratescrop yields, or growth performance.   (although our seeds  are tested by Grow in Grace prior to repackaging). We cannot be held liable for any crop failure or indirect losses. In all circumstances, our maximum legal liability to you is strictly limited to the original purchase price paid for the seeds.
